Summer PE (Saturdays)
XLR8 Summer P.E. meets every Saturday for one hour of group exercise activities focusing on movement and fun!
XLR8 PE is great for budding athletes or those needing to run and play. We’re here to help your child build good habits for a healthy future by developing motor skills, interpersonal skills, and improved self-confidence.
$75 for the summer includes 15 total sessions on Saturdays in June, July & August.
3 to 6-year-olds will start at 9 AM.
7 to 10-year-olds will start at 10 AM.
Small-Group & Personal Training
XLR8 personal trainers are certified and dedicated to the development of young athletes.
Whether you choose 1-on-1 personal training or small group personal training, our coaches will design a program specific to the needs, goals, and limitations of each athlete.
Through positive encouragement, inspiration, motivation, and accountability, our trainers help establish realistic, attainable goals while teaching young athletes to maintain healthy habits for life.
