CrossFit Training Works
In its true definition CrossFit is “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in its practical, everyday life application definition, it’s good old-fashioned hands-on fitness. Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals. Visit the CrossFit journal here.
Schedule
Monday – Friday: 5:30 am, 6:30 am, 11:30 am, 6:00 pm.
Saturday 9:00 am Barbell Class – practices the progressions of the snatch, clean and jerk and finishes with a barbell specific workout that ranges anywhere under 15 minutes.
New! We’re adding a class for Crossfit Kids at 6:00 pm.
