In its true definition CrossFit is “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in its practical, everyday life application definition, it’s good old-fashioned hands-on fitness. Monday – Friday: 5:30 am, 6:30 am, 7:30 am, 11:30 am, 4:30 pm, 6:00 pm.
Saturday 9:00 am Barbell Class – practices the progressions of the snatch, clean and jerk and finishes with a barbell specific workout that ranges anywhere under 15 minutes.
