In its true definition CrossFit is “CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.” But, in its practical, everyday life application definition, it’s good old-fashioned hands-on fitness. Good CrossFit is where the coaches are experts in fitness and care about you and your fitness journey, and they invest themselves in helping you reach your goals.
Schedule
Twin City CrossFit classes are held Monday – Friday.
Morning times: 5:30 am, 6:30 am, 8:30 am, 11:30 am.
Evening times: 4:30 pm, 6:00 pm.

- No Sportsplex membership required
- $115 Per Month for Access

Personal Training
XLR8 trainers are crazy about fitness and have just the right energy and experience to give you that extra push needed to crush your goals.
Your trainer will create a workout plan full of fresh ideas designed to meet your needs, track your progress, and add varied intensity to your workouts.
Our trainers will keep your workouts consistent and give you nutritional advice for an energized and healthy lifestyle. All you have to do is show up, eat right, and play all out! We’ll do the rest.
Small-Group Training
If you are someone who is looking for personal training at a low cost, enjoys working out in a group, and needs accountability, XLR8 small group personal training is for you.
Each member will be treated as a personal training client and have access to the trainer for personal questions, fitness needs, and consultations, but all workouts are done in a group setting.
Our coaches will design your group sessions to include progressions and regressions to cater to any fitness level. For that reason, we like to create groups with common fitness goals, but actual fitness levels can vary.
