XLR8 Boot Camp
XLR8 Bootcamp is a one-month high-intensity program designed to keep your workouts exciting while you shed pounds and gain strength.
No matter your skill level or experience, this program will push you to your limits and create real change that you can see and feel.
Bootcamp meets for 1-hour 3x per week, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday with a morning option 7 am or an evening option 6pm.
$300 for Plex Members – $400 for Non-Members
XLR8 trainers are crazy about fitness and have just the right energy and experience to give you that extra push needed to crush your goals.
Your trainer will create a workout plan full of fresh ideas designed to meet your needs, track your progress, and add varied intensity to your workouts.
Our trainers will keep your workouts consistent and give you nutritional advice for an energized and healthy lifestyle. All you have to do is show up, eat right, and play all out! We’ll do the rest.
If you are someone who is looking for personal training at a low cost, enjoys working out in a group, and needs accountability, XLR8 small group personal training is for you.
Each member will be treated as a personal training client and have access to the trainer for personal questions, fitness needs, and consultations, but all workouts are done in a group setting.
Our coaches will design your group sessions to include progressions and regressions to cater to any fitness level. For that reason, we like to create groups with common fitness goals, but actual fitness levels can vary.
